Appointment Process

We work on a scheduled appointment basis. To schedule an appointment, please call us at (905) 420-9555.

We recommend new clients/patients arrive 5 minutes early to fill out client information and in the case of new puppies/kittens/ferrets our staff will need time to review any pertinent vaccine history.

We offer drop off appointments for emergency cases when appointment space is unavailable. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions regarding our drop off appointments when you call.
