Kindness matters so much. The staff helped me with my lovebird (almost 20 years ago!) and this week with an emergency with our new conure. They stayed late to try and save him. During a heartbreaking time it does the heart good to know that there are people who do their best for you. Thank you to all of you, from the bottom of my heart.
