Last week our ferret Polar Bear became ill and needed to be put down. I had my 3 children with me under 10 years old and Dr.Elias was so supportive empathetic and honest with us. He helped us on our very emotional journey of saying good bye. I really want to thank Dr.Elias for being so kind .
